1) Initial contact: After touching base with our team using our contact form you will receive a phone call. It’s a rare service nowadays to actually speak with a person on the phone, but we believe in communication and transparency.
2) Phone Call: We will take 15 minutes to gain clarity of what you need to accomplish with your imagery and to provide an accurate quote.
3) Email: You will receive an emailed quote within 24 hours.
4) Book the date: This email will also have a booking link that will allow you to book your photography session. Please note that no preproduction (shot list, location scouting, model scouting, date booking etc) will happen prior to booking. Calendars are typically booked 60 days in advance.
5) Pre-production: After booking 3 things will occur; we will schedule product delivery (Pickup, Drop Off or FedEx), shoot date, and production deck review.
